I created a login, but now it’s not working. What should I do?
When a user can't login to their Plytix account, it’s usually because they added some information to create their login, but didn’t finish the process.
To fix it, first try clicking on this link to log out of your account completely. If this doesn’t work, ask your account administrator to send you a new invitation to the account. If for any reason you cannot contact your account administrator, you can open a live chat by clicking on the 'Help' speech bubble in the bottom right corner of this page.
Can I change what things users in my account have permission to see and edit?
Yes, you can adjust user permissions from your account settings area by setting up custom roles. Learn more about setting up custom roles in this article.
Can I control who can edit or view specific attributes?
Yes, you can. Attribute-level permissions allow you to set whether individual attributes can be edited or only viewed by users in your account. Unlike team roles, attribute-level permissions can be found by clicking on 'Settings' in the main navigation bar.
