Special characters looked fine in Plytix, but when I exported a file, the format corrupted the way special characters were displayed. How can I fix this?
This is due to the settings of the file reader tool you are using to open your file with (e.g. Excel). Some tools have automatic settings that may impact the way special characters or long numbers are displayed.
We recommend checking the settings of the spreadsheet platform you are using to open your file in order to adjust how special characters are displayed.
