In short, a completeness attribute is an attribute that's comprised of different attributes, and once created, the completeness feature tells you using a percentage, how complete a particular product is.
Now, take a moment to pause because you will never want to look back at the old days of product data management. I’m about to show you the ultimate PIM game changer -- a feature that will transform the way you work with your products.
Enter, the Completeness Attribute
So what is it?
It's an attribute that is comprised of different attributes, and once created, the completeness feature tells you, by percentage, how complete a particular product is. Once a product is 100% complete according to the standards you set i.e. all the attributes are filled in, the product has reached its optimal state and is ready for its end purpose.
Example: You create a completeness attribute named Website ready. Your product will be 100% Website ready when the attributes Title, Description, Price, and Pictures, etc. are all filled in.
The advantages of this are pretty obvious: you can create a completeness attribute named Marketing ready targeted specifically to your marketing team or Development approved, Amazon Ready... you get the drift!
You can also apply the completeness attribute as filters, and create smart lists to see all ready products as well as those missing product information so that you can enrich on the fly.
Your products will never feel bare again, and you can avoid sending out products that aren’t fully dressed to your distributors, webshops, etc. ;)
Optimizing product data has never been faster and easier to identify! Let's talk about it!
