How to add product and asset lists to your Brand Portal

When you create a Brand Portal, you can choose which products and assets to display in it, by selecting an existing product list or asset list  - or by creating new ones! In this article you will learn how to add products and assets to your Brand Portal.

Adding Products

To add products to a Brand Portal:

1. Click on "Brand Portals" in the top navigation menu.
2. Click on the name of the portal you want to add products to
3. Navigate to the "Products" tab
4. From here you can:
   1. Include all the products you have in Plytix
   2. Select a product list to only include products from that list
   3. Create a new list of products to include
5. Click 'Save changes'

Once you've chosen which products to include in this portal, they will appear in a table below the dropdown along with some basic information. 

Adding Assets

To add assets to a Brand Portal:

1. Navigate to the "Assets" tab
2. From here you can:
   1. Include all assigned assets (This will include all assets that are assigned to products in your PIM, even if it's assigned to a product not shown in the portal)
   2. Select an asset list to only include assets from that list
   3. Create a new list of assets to include
3. Click "Save changes"

Once you've chosen which assets to include in this portal, they will appear in a table below the dropdown. The table will include some basic information for each asset and you can switch between table and grid view.
