      Managing Product Table Views

      How to create, manage, and delete table views from the settings tab

      Table views allow you to quickly switch between different sets of information. By creating table views, you can choose the attribute columns you want to see in the product overview table, and save them for future use.  You can work with table views from the  product overview page and from the settings tab. This article teaches you how to manage your table views from the settings tab.

      Creating a Table View 

      To create a Table View from the Settings tab: 

      1. Go to the navigation menu and click 'Settings'
      2. On the left side menu, click on 'Table views'
      3. Click on '+ Add view'

      4. Name your Table View
      5. Click 'Next'

      6. Choose the attributes you want to view in your table from the "Available attributes"
      7. Under "Selected attributes" drag an attribute to change the view order or remove the ones you don't want in your table
      8. Click 'Create table view'

      Editing a Table View

       

      You can always add, delete, or change the order of attributes in a table view at any time. 

       

      To edit an attribute from the settings tab:

      1. Click on the name of the table view you'd like to edit.

      2. You can add attributes from available attributes, delete attributes from the selected attributes, and change the order of the attributes shown  
      3. When you are done editing your view click 'Save'

      Deleting a Table View 

       

      To delete a Table View:

      1. Select the table view you want to delete 
      2. Click the 'Delete' button that appears to the right of the search bar. 
      3. Confirm you want to delete by typing "DELETE" in the box.
      4. Click 'Delete'

      ⚠️  Once you delete a view, it cannot be undone.
